Overall the course was interesting and met the objectives. I liked the Learning Style survey prior to the course and the notebook was a very useful guide and resource. The course presentation was a bit slow for me, but I did appreciate the interaction with the other participants. I would have appreciated more breaks. It was difficult to be attentive and present for 3 1/2 hours with only one 10-12 minute break

The training was ok but more applicable for someone who doesn't have leadership experience. I was hoping for more insight into techniques related to working remotely since many of us are working remotely now, however course material didn't include this. There were a few group activities but additional techniques to keep audience engaged in virtual training could be beneficial.

I like to small group, Bruce was attentive to all and mixed up the group so we had the chance to work with each participant in the training. Bruce was engaging and presented the material in an understandable way. He also used his own examples when applying the material. More information on "distance leadership" would have been great.

The course was a strong reminder of skill sets i have previously learned through other courses at CMC, as well as internal training and other offsite training i have participated in. Lisa was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and was able to place real life instances in as examples to course material. Looking for training in regards to build successful succession planning for those you are looking to level up, as well as yourself.

The content changed depending on the types of questions that were being asked due to her ability to adapt as required while keeping everyone engaged and on topic. Our Facilitator was excellent. She included each of us in various scenario's which assisted in understanding how to be a good manager and team builder. She was very personable and made this an exciting course to attend. Again she was excellent.Again I found the course to be really interesting and extremely helpful. The only negative would be the booklet. It would have been easier if it was a binder so that I could insert my pages of notes into the relevant areas.

There were a few Key Takeaways from this course that were very Unique to me and I will implement in my Leadership Plans in 2017 right away. Salima was tremendous. She is so well spoken and presents the material very well and easy to understand and follow. Salima was great! She was VERY knowlegeable and allowed for class participation. There were some examples she was providing which didn't have a direct impact on my personal job etc (EX: Oprah as a leader etc) however, i loved her. I would love to take more courses she facilitates

Presentation of the course was excellent !!! When I left the course I discussed it with our team and didn't really see all that I had learned. When I arrived at work this morning and went through My daily meetings it was then that I seen things that were course related that I drew from . As the day went on I came across more situations that my response was different because of the lessons learned .
